How to appeal

Use the in-app form or write to appeals@hzion.com. Include your account identifier, the decision you are contesting, the reason and any relevant context.

Human review

Material appeals are reviewed by humans, save for manifestly abusive, duplicate or insufficient submissions.

Possible outcomes

• Uphold the decision
• Reverse the decision
• Replace with a less severe measure
• Request more information
• Update rules where there is a systemic error
